At STYWILL, we want you to love what you wear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In their original condition with all tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)
- Undergarments or hygiene-sensitive products (if applicable)
Return Process
- Contact us at stywillofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions.
- Ship the item back to the provided return address.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- If you need an exchange, contact us at stywillofficial@gmail.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Late or Missing Refunds

- Contact your payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
